1. Start the project locally using Docker.

2. Make one approved frontend-only text or style change.

3. Test it locally.

4. Create a Git commit.

5. Push the commit to GitHub.

6. Check or start the approved development deployment workflow.

7. Test the development website.

8. Create a file named:

one-mind-ai-working-cycle.md

Write:

• the change you made;

• how you tested it locally;

• the Git commit message;

• whether the GitHub Actions workflow passed;

• whether the development version showed the expected result.

Do not include credentials, API keys or secret values.

Lesson Complete When

You can confidently say:

• “I know the correct order for working on One Mind AI.”

• “I start and test locally before pushing code.”

• “I use Git to save a clear checkpoint.”

• “I use GitHub to send approved code online.”

• “I use GitHub Actions only after the project has been tested.”
